- 48 Hour Braised Lamb Shank with Onion and mushroom ragout and sautéed Haricot
- Organic Baby Chicken served with Roasted Spice Potato, Grilled Vegetable, Merlot Jus
- Slow Cooked Pork Belly served with Sugar peas, Apricots and Shallot Jus
